📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Most Mikey19921 products are made to order. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes approximately 3–10 business days. International delivery usually takes approximately 10–20 business days, depending on the destination, carrier and any customs processing.

Your total estimated delivery time therefore includes both production and shipping. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, particularly during busy periods or when customs delays occur.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available to supported destinations shown at checkout. Product availability and shipping rates may vary depending on your location.

Why did I receive separate packages for one order?
If you ordered multiple items (e.g. a tee and a mug), they may arrive in separate packages from different production partners. This is completely normal — your full order is on its way, just in stages. You'll receive tracking for each package.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where tracking is available.

If you have not received a dispatch confirmation within seven business days of ordering, please contact us through our Contact page.

Will I be charged import duties or taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees or carrier handling charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

What happens if there is a delivery issue with my order?
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an address issue, customs delay, or failed delivery attempt, the carrier may contact you directly for additional information. Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct when placing your order. If you experience a delivery issue, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help you track the shipment and understand the next steps.

Do your tees run true to size?

Our tees are unisex and generally run true to size. Fits can vary between products, so please check the size-guide image included within the product gallery before ordering.

What printing methods do you use?

Printing methods vary by product and may include Direct-to-Garment (DTG), Direct-to-Film (DTF) or embroidery. The relevant materials and production details are listed on each product page.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes — our mugs are dishwasher safe. For best results and to preserve the print long-term, hand washing is recommended.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange an item?
As most items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect — see below

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect?

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, reprint or refund. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or amend an order. Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production or fulfilment has started.

This does not affect any cancellation or return rights available under applicable consumer law.
