As our items are made to order, please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus:

Why did I receive separate packages for one order?
If you ordered multiple items (e.g. a tee and a mug), they may arrive in separate packages from different production partners. This is completely normal β€” your full order is on its way, just in stages. You'll receive tracking for each package.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to the UK, Europe, US, Canada, Australia, Asia, and most countries worldwide.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. If you haven't received tracking within 7 business days of ordering, contact us via our Contact page.

What printing method do you use?
We use Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing for our graphic tees, which produces vibrant, detailed prints. Some products also feature embroidery. Full details are listed on each product page.

Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
Yes β€” our mugs are dishwasher safe. For best results and to preserve the print long-term, hand washing is recommended.

Can I return or exchange an item?
As all items are made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll replace it or refund you β€” no hassle.

What if my item arrives damaged or with a print defect?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it straight away.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Orders go into production quickly, so we can only cancel or amend orders within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us as soon as possible via our Contact page.
