Refund policy
As most Mikey19921 products are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted unless required by applicable law. This does not affect your rights if an item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect — see below.
Damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, faulty, misprinted or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include:

a description of the issue

clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant
After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, reprint, repair or refund.
Return shipping costs for confirmed faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect items will not be the customer’s responsibility.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or product, please contact us first. Where a return is accepted, you can place a new order for the preferred item after the original return has been approved.
Order cancellations and changes
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order.
Because orders can enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an amendment can be completed once production or fulfilment has started. This does not affect any cancellation or return rights available under applicable consumer law.
Refunds
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or evidence that it has been sent back.
Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.
