At Mikey19921, most products are made to order. This means your item is produced after your order is placed, helping reduce unnecessary overproduction while keeping designs flexible.

Please read the policy below before requesting a return or refund.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to contact us about a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags if applicable, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless the item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged, faulty, misprinted, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help make it right.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant

For damaged products or manufacturing errors, we may be able to arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund depending on the issue.

Made-to-order products

Because products are made to order, we may not be able to accept returns for:

  • choosing the wrong size
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • accidental orders
  • items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after delivery

Please check product details, sizing, colours, and delivery information carefully before placing your order.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product, please contact us first. If your return is accepted, the fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order after the return has been approved.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered to an address in the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification, unless an exception applies.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using your original payment method where possible.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect. Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order items may be excluded from the 14-day cooling-off right where an exemption applies.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
